Our coordinating Padded Travel Bag is designed to streamline trips with your Evenflo® Shyft™ DualRide™ Infant Car Seat and Stroller Combo. Lightweight and durable, our stylish polyester canvas travel bag features a reflective logo to add visibility in traffic and low light. Holding up to 20 lb., it pads and protects your Shyft DualRide stroller frame during flights, train rides and more. Loading your bag couldn’t be easier! Simply unzip the back for rear-loading and slide your Shyft DualRide into place using the wheels. Zip the bag up again and then flip up the Velcro wheel flaps to expose the DualRide’s wheels for one-hand rolling through the airport. Stairs and narrow aisles can be daunting, so we designed our storage bag to double as a backpack using the adjustable, padded straps. Just remove the straps from their hidden Velcro pockets, pull on and clip the adjustable chest clip into place. Ergonomic design helps to distribute the weight for less strain on your back and more comfortable carrying. We added a top handle for easy carrying. And because your hands are full enough already, 2 mesh pockets flank either side of the travel bag to hold your iced coffee or water bottle. We also included a handy plastic luggage tag for gate checks. Don’t worry about the inevitable muss your travel bag will encounter — it’s spot-cleanable, so you can make your next excursion looking completely pulled together. Comprehensive wilderness medicine reference
Format: Paperback
First off, this book should be supplement to actual in-person first aid training and course work. I only have my background in Boy Scouts and work required first aid/cpr/stop the bleed response to base this upon. But there is no substitute for competent in-person and hands on training, even if you have excellent books for reference. That said, this book does have a very thorough guide on most issues that could be faced in wilderness and emergency situations. The cross over for urban use, would be situations like a natural disaster that renders hospitals and EMS unavailable or over capacity. It's a very affordable book for all the information it contains, and is published by a reputable school. NOLS has been teaching outdoors skills since it was formed in the 1960s. If you can keep a level head and have decent reading comprehension, this book lays out diagnostic and treatment advice for many life threatening injuries and accidents. I'd recommend this book to anyone looking to expand and supplement their knowledge beyond basic first aid and CPR.
